Another week has flown by in Y1 - 21.5.21

Good evening children and grown-ups of Year 1.

I can't believe it is Friday already, this week has flown by! We have had another great week in Y1.

In maths we have been finishing off our learning in multiplication and division and starting on our learning in fractions.   In literacy we have completed our non-chronological report about 'The Big Five' and in topic we have started to work on our own African Tingatinga art work.

Children also had their first assembly altogether with FS and KS1 outside this week which was really lovely for them to experience and a joy to see :-)

Here are some pictures of our week.

And a little bit of fun :-)

I hope you all have a lovely weekend.  There is no homework this week.

Lots of love
