Hello everyone

Your homework this week is as follows:

Reading

 - Read at least 3 times per week.  Read your RWI books if you are in a RWI group and read your chosen free-choice book if you are in my Comprehension group.  If you've enjoyed the book, maybe you could write a short book review to recommend it to others.  Sometimes, these recommendations make it to the newsletter if you are particularly convincing!

Maths

 - Spend 5-10 minutes on each online learning game:  Sumdog, Numbots and TT Rockstars.

Topic/Science

 - Find out about Charles Macintosh or John Dunlop.  Present your findings however you wish - a poster, a paragraph or even a quiz!

Stickers

Children collect stickers in class for work that demonstrates a commitment to searching faithfully for excellence.  If your child would like to share their homework with the rest of the class, please do let me know via email (or by sending a message through your child).  I would love to reward some stickers for high quality homework.
