Every did brilliantly on the Race for Life on Friday.
It was great to see everyone's resilience.
This next week should be back to normal.
We are writing instructions for our Filey board game that we made last week.
Looking how Filey is different to Wath and investigating equivalent fractions.

We have the race for life today so won't get much time for Bedrock.
So like last week, could you complete your next Bedrock lesson.

Summer Solstice

This week in Forest School, Year 3 celebrated the Summer Solstice by creating sun catchers. We then hung them from the tree and celebrated with a solstice mini feast.

Here is a photo of our trip to Filey.
We will be analyzing our fieldwork results this week.
This week is is National School Sports Week and also refugee week.
We will be taking part in a prayer walk around the school field on Wednesday, with a focus on walking in their shoes.
There will also be various Commonwealth Games challenge staking place at lunchtimes and will take part in a 3km walk for life in school on Friday.
In between all this we will continue our work on fractions and create a Filey based board game.
