Bread Making - White Bread

This morning year 5 made white bread in their DT lesson.
They all did such a fantastic job following the recipe and working in their teams. We mixed ingredients, kneaded the dough, proved it and then shaped it. Once this was all complete we cooked the bread in the oven and it looked amazing! We were able to try it at the end of the day and it tasted as good as it looked.
Well done year 5 :)
Just a reminder that it is our school trip to St Pius tomorrow so remember to bring a packed lunch.
