Today in Science, we investigated another classification kingdom - Fungi.
We began by creating an observational sketch of a mushroom to identify the features of different fungi. We then explored mould and why mould develops on different food items, but do not worry - you can still eat blue cheese as this mould is produced from a different family of spores!
We then summarised our learning through the publication of our own Mouldy Bread Books!
