A colourful outdoor afternoon

Year 1's learning has had an art focus over the last few weeks which we continued into our outdoor learning afternoon.
Children used their knowledge of the primary and secondary colour wheel to match leaves they found in the outdoor area.
They were surprised by how many different coloured leaves they found. The only colour leaf we could not find was a blue one which children had predicted before we ventured outside.
