Registration for the 2017 Summer Reading Challenge opens at Wath Library on Saturday 15th July.

Registration for the 2017 Summer Reading Challenge opens on Saturday 15th July. You can register at Wath Library. Children between the ages 4-12 are challenged to read six books in six weeks over the school summer holidays. This year’s Animal Agents challenge will sign up children as detectives to help solve a mystery crime committed in the library. Wath Library will be holding six weeks’ of activities with children as newly enrolled detectives in the Number 1 Private Detective Agency. At the end of the summer, for those who have completed the challenge there will be an award of certificates and medals. There is a whole programme of events and activities for families to take part in over the summer holidays including weekly craft activities to see these and more great events happening near you go to;
