DASH – Daily Activity promoting Sport and Health.
The health and wellbeing of our pupils is very important to us and in line with recommendations, we have introduced our DASH initiative. For ten minutes from 1pm all pupils will run, or walk quickly, laps of the field, continue playing organised sport or take part in playground activities. There is a focus on engaging all pupils to do their best, have fun and improve their health and fitness.
