Why do things melt? (29.11.21)

Posted: Nov 28, 2021 by: FS 1 (Foundation 1) on: F1 Class Blog

This week we are learning about melting. We are also going to start our Christmas preparations!

In class we have an Advent wreath and over the next three weeks we will be inviting children to take home an Advent bag. This has a candle, a peg doll baby Jesus and a prayer inside. On the day the bag comes home, you and your child can watch our special Advent video which is in the parent files below and called ‘Jesus Christmas Party’. It would be wonderful if you could take this small opportunity to spend time sharing the Christmas Story.

Here is an overview of our week ahead: F1 Timetable - Autumn 2 Week 5.pdf

If you need to pass on a message or have any questions, please contact us on our class email f1@olsj.org.uk Monday to Friday 8am-5pm and I will reply as soon as I can.

Below are the timetable and homework for this week.
