Week 4 - 26.9.22

Hello children and grown-ups for Year 1.

Here is our full learning timetable for this week: Autumn Timetable.docx Just a few alterations to note, Monday RWI will finish at 9.30am and KS1 children will be having an assembly on anti-bullying and on Wednesday afternoon there is an whole school mass.  

Children are continuing to learn about William Caxton in history and looking at the materials to make their car in design and technology.  In literacy we are continuing to write 'The Train Ride' and in maths we are finishing off our place value to 10 before moving onto addition and subtraction within 10.  

I just want to give a huge shout out to all children for their independent writing on Friday they worked super hard and I am seeing massive improvements in their writing already :-)
