Week beginning 19.9.22

Posted: Sep 19, 2022 by: Year 4 (Year 4) on: Year 4 Class Blog

Good morning.

Following the bank holiday to allow for the state funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, we have obviously missed some lesson from our usual timetable. Not to worry, we'll catch up throughout the half term.

This week we are working on our healthy food knowledge in preparation for designing our menus. We look deeper into the sciences of our teeth and what drinks do to them. We finish off our positive mind instructions (great job on week 1 of your writing by the way!) In Numeracy we deepen our understanding of place value and apply our knowledge in various situations. We'll also continue to work on our scanning and retrieval skills in comprehension.

If you'd like to see how the timetable looks in more detail you can download it here:

Let's have a great, if shortened week,
