Hello Year 5!

I hope you have all had a wonderful weekend!

Timetable

Here is our timetable for this week: November week 5.docx

On our timetable, you will find links to the White Rose Maths videos that we will be using in class. You may find it useful to pre-watch these or watch them at the end of the day to consolidate your learning.

Our Forest School sessions will be every Thursday afternoon this term. Please ensure you have a pair of wellies in school and have warm clothing ready for this session.

On Wednesday afternoons, we will have our P.E session, please come dressed in your PE kits and warm clothing on this day.

A Christmas Carol!

This Christmas season, Key Stage 2 is excited to present 'Bah Humbug' as our festive play, and we're extending its impact into our literacy focus until the end of term. Inspired by Dickens' timeless tale, students will delve into the story and leverage its themes to craft persuasive letters aimed at none other than Ebenezer Scrooge!

Please find the links to the song lyrics that will be performed below. It's important to practice at home for an outstanding performance!

Children will always be given the option to complete online homework at school if accessing resources isn't possible at home. Please note, this may have to take place during break times and lunch times.
